I'm very happy with Embrace. Their customer service staff is very friendly, very approachable, and always responds within 24 hours to any questions you may have or to new claims. My vet is able to directly submit claims without needing my signature over and over. I typically hear back from Embrace regarding my reimbursement amount within 3-5 days. They have reimbursed everything but a small invoice for skin issues which were preexisting (so totally understandable that it was excluded). I'm super happy with Embrace!
