VERY poor customer service

I just canceled 4 pets with 24 HR Pet Watch. My policies moved over from Purina and renewed with 24 HR Pet Watch. It's very hard to get a customer service rep on the phone and when you do you will get a different answer with each rep you speak to. Claims - They are awful paying. They will take 30 days to process the claim which doesn't seem so bad and you'll be told the check will be issued a few days later. Wait a couple of weeks call back and you'll be told the checks are mailed out of Canada and it will be another 2-3 weeks to receive a check.
