Absolutely Horrible!

Healthy paws have the worst customer service! I've been trying to get my vet bills claimed for over 2 months now and still trying because they are unable to get my dogs medical history. I've faxed it over twice but they said it was unclear so then I emailed it but they didn't receive it. Next I personally mailed it but they said it would take 2 week to receive it so 2 weeks later they emailed me saying they still haven't received it yet. One of the girl whom I spoke to, Star, hung up the phone on me which doesn't help the situation. I'm still fighting for my claims! Worst insurance company. This is my first insurance company for my dog and the worst experience ever! Don't use them !

We’re sorry for all of your frustration in regards to Jake’s medical history. As you know from the calls and emails from our customer care team, it wasn’t that we didn’t have Jake’s medical history, it was the fact that the print on both sets sent via fax were too light to read. As for the records you sent via the US Postal Service, we don’t know why they did not arrive. And on the phone call with Star, since it seemed she would not be able to resolve your problem, one of our claim team managers was able to speak with you. Good news is that we were finally able to get a readable version of Jake’s records on 8/25 and process your claims. Please give Jake a big hug for us!
