Microchip Stopped working

Tech was very rude, said that they are not responsible for Chip. Chip has been scanned previously and I know chip has not just mysteriously disappeared out of dog's skin...They put it off on facility that placed chip in dog... So not happy with this company!

The facility is the one who put the microchip in your dog so naturally any issues should be directed at them not the microchip service provider? It's common sense Cynthia.
