I chose Healthy Paws due to the great reviews here. But so far, they keep ignoring the pet records that my vet has now sent twice. I have also sent repeated emails about them ignoring the pet records and they keep responding with an automated email telling me that I haven't submitted the pet records. Since email doesn't work, I tried calling and now have to wait for someone to call me back. I don't know if they will actually cover anything. Not impressed.

The email requesting additional medical records was sent because in the records we received from your veterinarian, it was noted they were waiting for records from another veterinary hospital. After your email and phone call to our customer care team on 8/12, we called back that afternoon and left a message on your voicemail letting you know we had enough information to process all of your claims.

We glad you’re still part of the Healthy Paws family so that we can continue to play a part in assuring that your babies have access to the best available medical care. Please give Mikey, James, Saru, Yuki and Austin big hugs for us!
