Poor communication of filing complaints - Wanted ALL medical records for last 2 years - Waited almost 3 weeks to inform me that they had divided claim into 2 episodes. Cat had to be taken to emergency vet over weekend twice within a 27 hour period. Cat was seen initially for vomiting and then for lethargy. Cat was diagnosed on second day with cystitis. No diagnosis for first visit just symptom of vomiting. I questioned the division when I initially faxed all information in as to why it was 2 claims and was told it would be review as 1. I was just notified that I would not be reimbursed because I didn't meet the $200 deductible for vomiting and $200 for cystitis. This visit is still not resolved.
