These people are extremely lucrative and devious. It does not say anywhere in the agreement that the insurance, or the "bundle of services as the lady kept putting it, is NON TRANSFERRABLE. So now we gotta keep paying every month for a dead dog. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!! DO YOU HAVE ANY SENSE OF DIGNITY?

Same here..still paying almost a YR. for DEAD CAT!! Cat died last Jan. Still paying in Sept. Trying to learn WHEN the yr. is UP!!

Really? So why do you think you can keep changing animals on the plan? If I die, my friend can't use my health insurance for the rest of the year and my husband will have to pay my medical bills. Of course you can't put a different pet on the plan. People would take advantage of that and the company would not be able to stay in business.

You should have read the contract. Both of you. You are still paying for services already received. Most of the services are rendered in the first couple months of signing up. Of course you can't keep transferring the plan to other pets. You can't do that with human insurance either. The contract is very clear and everything you mentioned is explained in the contract. It is too bad you are lashing out at a company that helps pet owners manage pet care at a reasonable cost for pet owners. I am very pleased for the peace of mind. If my pet were to die in the middle of the contract year , I would send them a thank you card for taking good care of my friend and I would finish paying till the end of the contract year.
