Pet Watch sure takes their monthly premium timely; but they do not reimburse in timely manner. I am "STILL WAITING" for reimbursement on claim submitted JUNE 3, 2014. Today I spoke with customer service, I'm told I should have the check by July 22, 2014. "If so" that is 7 weeks wait for reimbursement. That is much to long to wait. Have checked with friends who have other Pet Insurance, They have never waited this long for their check. I continued this insurance given at the time of adoption. The Humane society should be made aware of this long wait for reimbursement + the rising costs each year. I feel that if Canada were not involved, the reimbursement wait time would be much shorter. I love my pet dearly and may he live a long healthy life, but in the future if the need for other pet insurance should arise, I most certainly would shop elsewhere. Reading other reviews submitted re 24Pet Watch, many others are having this same problem. This is important factor; ppl pay for the service and wait forever to get their money back. This is not good customer (relation) service. Word of mouth spreads very quickly.
