With every claim that we have made, there has been some issue with the invoice or information that we have provided to Embrace. On every occasion, we have had to resend the same information to them several times. In one instance, they repeatedly requested health history for a period that was before my dog was born. I picked Embrace because of positive ratings on this site. They have utterly failed to live up to my expectations. My dog has been insured with them since the day that we got her (I actually began paying for the policy before we got her). I would not recommend this company!

Ben, I took a look at your claims experiences and I agree, we could have done a much better job at gathering your dog's medical history. I'm sorry for the extra fuss we put you through - that's not like Embrace. Thankfully we got to the bottom of it all and did cover the 11 toe fracture claims. Thanks for the reminder that every part of the claims process is important, not just paying claims. Sincerely, Laura
