Terrible customer service

I have been so disappointed with this company. I had a procedure pre-approved and scheduled. I submitted the claim May 6th. Today is July 9th and still no reimbursement. I've gotten mixed reasons for this, the pre-approval was different from the procedure, then it was processed, then the check was mailed in June. Also, I wait an average of 15 minutes to get through every time I call. I will NOT be renewing with them.
