How did we ever get so lucky!

Out of 10

Bri Parker, however did I EVER get so lucky as to find YOU and Petplan!!!I've experienced more pet insurances than I'd like to remember, and not ONCE has any done anything to help. Except, the 100 bucks I got on my last pet dying. (In LA, $100 covers less than 1/4 of the cost.)
Somehow, this time around, I found Petplan, and against my "better judgement" signed up Braille, my blind Dal mix.
EVERY single time Braille's had issues (bladder, kidney, eyes, discs--you name it, he's had it, and so have I!), Petplan has been there for us. Making not only his cure (surgery, meds), but his healing (laser, physical therapy, supplements) available.
What a blessing.
A few weeks ago, I called Petplan and was chatting with Bri, and admitted I wasn't submitting my last claim, as Petplan had helped me SO MUCH every year, I must be bankrupting them!
Bri laughed and said that proved I was using my insurance correctly, and insisted I make the latest claim (she actually unearthed 2 unclaimed claims), and promised she would walk me thru the process, as I was immersed in some awful life challenges, and the conflation was nerve-wracking.
I lagged on my end, having trouble getting certain info, but Bri called me and asked what was wrong. When I told her, she laughed, insisted what I was waiting on was unnecessary, and again asked me to file the claim.
I faxed it all in and ...
...almost immediately got an e-mail saying Petplan had received my claim, but 2 items missing.
I called Bri, who checked while I waited, and found that one had just come in; and insisted she would personally call my vet to send over the second.
Who could believe this help!
The next day I had to see my orthopedic surgeon. I got home exhausted, and lo and behold! there was a phone message from Bri.
All was received & processed and 2 checks were on their way to me.
My spine straightened waaaay up, and as HOOOORAY whooped out of my mouth, Braille jumped up and down, YELPING loud enough for Philadelphia's PETPLAN to hear all the way from LA.
Thank you Petplan! Thank you BRI PARKER!
