Tonight I finally made the call I have been intending to make for months(!), to clarify the deductibles and coverages for my two chihuahuas. I realized that my older chi was listed as full chi rather than chi mix and needed to have that corrected. So, here it was, after 9pm EST and I thought I'd take a chance that a Happiness Manager would be available at the late hour. Jenna answered my call immediately (hur-ray!), handled my inquiry about the breed listing (she let me know how to get that corrected and emailed me the necessary form) ~ and helped me make a plan change in the most professional and friendly way.
