Difficult to get service

Can never get through on the phone...don't respond to emails. My vet faxed my pet bills to them two weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I managed to get through once after about 30 minutes ("you are number 4 in the cue") for 20 minutes....and when they finally answered, they said they don't see any record of my vet's submissions. What a bunch of B.S.

My vet sent the fax to three times that has been nine weeks ago

Pretty sure it's your responsibility to send in a claim. I would never have a mechanic working on my car submit a claim to my insurance company on my behalf.
