Our puppy is 6 months old and has been to a Banfield roughly once a month for his booster shots. The doctor is mediocre, but we get appointments easily and don't wait long. My husband is pretty sure they tried to give the same shot twice, but he pushed back and they didn't give it. The point of this insurance policy is to spread your charges evenly throughout the year as monthly payments, so I can understand why some of these people are saying they paid after the dog had passed away. After the first year when all the shots, neutering, etc is done, I'm not sure if we'll continue. But it seems like a great deal for the first year.
