I used to have PurinaCare insurance which was wonderful., but they were bought by 24PetWatch and my experience has been terrible so far. I've been trying to get ahold of them via phone for two days now... the wait time is so long I keep having to hang up because I run out of time (have to get back to work). Right now I have been on hold for 15 minutes and am still 7th in their queue. I don't have time to wait an hour to talk to them, I just have one simple question. We have three pets so I want to maintain insurance, but we are going to look elsewhere. This is so silly.
