I switched to Pets Plus Us after years with another company that was okay, but kept increasing premiums every year even when I wasn't making claims.
I had to get an MRI for my border collie and thankfully it only turned out to be minor nerve damage and wasn't life threatening. Pets Plus Us covered most of the (very) expensive bill, and were quick and fast (and kind).

Also, love getting my free issue of Modern Dog each month :0)

Hi Holly, thank you very much for your kind review. I'm glad to hear that the issue your Border Collie was suffering from was diagnosed as a result of the MRI. We certainly appreciate you switching your coverage to Pets Plus Us and I hope that we are able to keep you as a customer for many years to come. With respect to increasing premiums, we have tied our premiums to the cost of veterinary services, so if we see the cost of veterinary care going up we also will have to increase our premiums, but I can assure you that any increases will be kept to a minimum and we will always give our customers advance notice of any increase.
