VERY satisfied! Great coverage!

Out of 10

I signed up for 24 Pet Watch insurance, the day that I adopted my adorable kitten. A few months later, I noticed he was limping... I took him to the Dr and he was diagnosed with a VERY rare condition - bi-lateral luxating patellas, a congenital knee condition normally found only in toy breed dogs. His condition was so severe that he needed double knee surgery. I called 24 Pet Watch to alert them to this, and they told me that the coverage I'd selected was not adequate for this expensive surgery, and that I could upgrade my policy for just a few more dollars a month... WOW. Who does that? I have insurance for my other pets with other companies, and none of those companies allow for "upgrading" coverage. I was impressed. We went ahead with the surgery, and I was QUICKLY reimbursed, with no funny business. I must say I was in shock with how professional and fair this company is. I have been given the runaround by VPI for YEARS - because I'm dealing with pre-existing conditions now with our VPI policies, I can't switch to 24-Pet Watch - but if I could, I surely would.

^ This same thing happened to me, except the dog I adopted had heart worms. They said when I signed up that it would be covered, and it turns out that it is in fact NOT covered. WASTE OF MONEY.
