I've been using Embrace for the past few years for both of my dogs. Their review of my claims has always been prompt, communicatiion at each stage of the claim process has been clear, and payment was turned around in a very reasonable 2 weeks time. I previously used VPI, but I find the service and staff at Embrace to be more responsive and the coverage options better tailored to my needs. The staff clearly cares as that comes through in all if the communication. In this particular case, one of my dogs developed optic neuritis, which required many visits to the vet for treatments.
