Cody, our 10 year old Sheltie had a sudden severe nosebleed. We had to rush him to the local pet emergency room where he was diagnosed with high blood pressure and kindey failure. He spent the weekend in at the emergency room ICU, a day at the specialist, and 5 days at our vets office for IV treatments. This was our first claim with Embrace, and I was a little nervous about the process. It could have not been easier. Faxed my claim form and invoices, got an e-mail confirmation in less than 24 hours confirming reciept of my claim, and when I should expect a response. Next e-mail was to let me know that my checks were in the mail. No issues at all! Follow up visits/claims have all been handled the same way. I am very pleased with Embrace, and would highly recommend theme to anyone considering pet insurance.
