I have just had my golden retriever puppy neutered, and I was "saving" my wellness dollars to use toward this claim. i submitted the claim, by fax, and in less than one week, heard back from customer service that my claim was covered for my annual dollar amount. My pup also got an infection, post op, unfortunately, and I was able to submit the medications under the wellness portion of the policy. I am very, very impressed with the customer service received by Embrace. They are always super courteous, answer my questions, and respond very promptly. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. In the past years, I have had other insurance, but did not receive the same efficient service as I am receiving with Embrace. Thank you!
