I recently switched my dog from VPI to Embrace and couldn't be happier. We are still new, but so far this has been the easiest company to navigate. Without going through an endless automated telephone maze, I can call and speak with a real, friendly, enthusiastic person who can answer my questions. Nobody likes dealing with insurance companies, but I have had nothing but positive interactions. They even told us when our vet's fax got cut off so we wouldn't lose any time submitting our initial health review. I get quick, attentive responses, and direct deposit reimbursement for wellness claims (easier than submitting a rebate - and so much faster). As a physician, I only wish that human insurance companies would be this easy to work with. We have not had any injury or illness claims to submit so far, but I anticipate they will be just as helpful.
