Dishonest scam!!!

Out of 10

Between Pet Assure and Groupon who is getting the money that is being scammed out of the customer? The Pet Assure participating vet list is a fake, lie, with non-participating vets listed on it to fool people into paying the Pet Assure premiums. If you don't really care about your pet and have a lot of free time to fight with "insurance people", buy Pet Assure!!

Not true. I haven't used it yet, but I spoke to my vet's office and they accept Pet Assure. I'm not sure were you got your information, but it is wrong!

Call or email Groupon customer service. They will always issue a credit or refund if you're unhappy.

The Vet they listed for my zipcode 60148 is one that I am familiar with. I have not checked into this company anymore than that but I do know that Vet is legit. There are also a few others that are in my area that I know of. You may not have a choice of YOUR own Vet so that would make the differnce if you want to switch. You need to do your "homework" on that.

We are sorry you've had trouble. Our goal is to provide people with the most affordable care for their pets. We do provide a list of participating veterinary practices on our website for customers to see before signing up, and the ability to nominate new vets to the program.
