They behave like scam artists, not a reputable company. If you try to cancel the plans over the phone, and you press the button to cancel, they make you wait until you feel like giving up the phone call so that you don't have a chance to cancel. I waited for over half an hour. The other negative reviews are consistent with my experience with them. I'm not sure whether or not this was intentional, but when I called my local Banfield hospital to get the number to cancel, they gave me the number of some sort of information-mining telemarketing thing that never referenced Banfield, but did ask for my credit card information. (!!) Additionally, doesn't it just seem illegal that they can lock you into a contract so that you have to pay for the Wellness Plan long after your pet has deceased? I will not be signing any of my pets up with them again. They should really be reviewed by the better business bureau or something.
