Although my experience with being an Embrace customer is short lived, I have, however, had occasion to make a claim for my 6-year old dachshund who was diagnosed with SARDS. The live interaction with the Embrace employe who helped me through my first claim process was a pleasant one. He was courteous and very helpful in the steps I needed to take, emailed me the claims form. The claim determination took a few weeks, but that is to be expected. I received a satisfactory disposition on my claim and a check is in the mail! Doesn't get any better.
I am so glad I decided to go with Embrace and purchase pet insurance for my TWO dachshunds. It provides peace of mind for those unexpected, unwanted and costly procedures which sometimes are required.
