Recently, my girlfriend and her daughter adopted 2 kittens from the local shelter. Naturally, it didn't take very long for them to become very emotionally attached to their new pets. Unfortunately, our experience with the shelter was less than ideal, and the adoption suffered several complications which caused a fair amount of duress - including issues around the pet insurance that was included in the adoption.
After getting no results from the shelter, I finally called your customer service line and reached Ms. Dyana Layng. To make a long story short, it took about three days, but Ms. Layng was able to get every issue resolved successfully. It is no exaggeration to say that it was only because of her interactions with us and the shelter, that this difficult situation was resolved so easily. Her ability and professionalism is not only a testament to her own integrity, but also very much a credit to your company. This was singularly the best customer service experience I have ever had.
