This claim was for our 2 four-footed family member's (Fric & Frac) yearly checkup. When the claim was processed it was noticed there was a difference in items listed on the invoice. Upon review it was determined that the vet's office had worded one item wrong. After a quick phone conversation between the vet's office and VPI this was right then and there straightened out. There was no hassle - we did not have to re-file - nor did we have to wait longer for the additional reimbursement. It was great to not have to hassle with an insurance company about a discrepancy in a claim. As always totally wonderful service from VPI.
