MY DOG NEEDED EMERGENCY SUTURES ON A SATURDAY WHICH ONLY COST 171.00 AND AFTER FILLING OUT A CLAIM FORM AND THE ITEMIZED FORM BACK IN APRIL, I AM STILL WAITING FOR A 64.00 CHECK AFTER CO PAY AND DEDUCTIBLE!!!!!! I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 15 TIMES, WAITED AN AVERAGE OF 20 MIN ON THE PHONE, ONLY TO HAVE MOST OF THEM SAY-"WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE CLAIM FORM FROM THE EMERGENCY VET". THIS HAS GONE ON FOR MONTHS!!!!!!!! THEN, FINALLY WHEN I SAID I WOULD CANCEL, SOMEONE GOT ON THE PHONE AND DECIDED TO EXPEDITE MY CLAIM AND SEND A CHECK. THIS WAS MID SEPTEMBER. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 19TH AND NO CHECK! IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ANYMORE, IT IS THE PRINCIPLE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, I THINK THIS COMPANY LOVES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT TAKES THEIR TIME GETTING YOU WHATS OWED TO YOU!!! I DID EVERYTHING I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO, READ THE ENTIRE POLICY AND ASKED MANY QUESTIONS. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WITH A BETTER RATING. I AM CANCELING THIS POLICY, AND JUST IN CASE THEY DELAY(AS I READ IN ANOTHER COMPLAINT) I WILL CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE THEY CAN CHARGE ME AGAIN!

I'm certain there is more to this story and sounds like your blaming the company for the time it takes for the mail to get to you? Really?

I agree with you 100%. I too have had terrible customer service. They say they will call you back, by the time they do I will be dead. Had to make three calls and finally spoke to a real person. Had to submit my claim 2 times. Received a letter between phone calls saying they would not cover because of no invoice, that was a lye. So now I have to wait 25 more days to find out if they got the invoice and will they cover it. I plan to cancel my policy after having had 2 pets with them, you'd think this was Obama Care!!!! Shop around this is not the only game in town.
