I have been carrying Embrace Pet Insurance for the past 3 years and I am very happy with their coverage and service. I have 4 animals -- the 2 younger ones are with Embrace. The 2 older ones were insured when they were young with a pet insurance company that was "the only game in town" at the time. I regularly have to call the old company as they deny a lot of claims. It almost appears that if it's not laid out to them very clearly and they are confused, they will opt to deny rather than find out more information. I have never had this problem with Embrace. They have been exceptionally good in handling any claims that I have sent to them.
