Say "Insurance Company" and people's eyes either glaze over with boredom or turn hard with anger. Whether property and casualty or health and financial services, the industry has become a nightmare of phone trees, impersonal service, and neglect.
EMBRACE is the happy exception - they have managed to breed the speed of service that technology brings with actual caring people and a sense that you (and your pet) are valued. Every time I've called or submitted a claim the service has been prompt, courteous, and even better, I got suggestions on how to make the process easier!
