Required a $500 Surgery Before they Would Insure

Out of 10

Our healthy middle-aged cat had two benign moles. The company would not insure him until we had them removed at a cost of $500. They also refuse to contact veterinary offices if they need information. Instead, they somehow expect customers who know nothing about veterinary medicine to be the go-between. Last of all, they look for excuses to either not insure your pet or not pay claims based on technicalities.
