My cat needed one of his claws removed, which required a brief surgery. I faxed my completed claim form (with documentation) around 9:30am. By 3:00pm that same day, I received an EOB explaining what was covered. It was exactly as I expected. The office visit was not covered, the company is very straight forward about this, and I had my annual $50 deductible. Everything else was covered at 90%, and I received my check several days later. On top of this, this morning I received an email from the company checking in to see how my cat was doing. I responded, and the company got right back to me. Also, it was a human being, not simply a form email.
I was incredibly pleased with the prompt addressing of my claim as well as the follow-up inquiry.
This is the second claim I have filed within a few years. The first time I had some questions about the claim, and the company responded right away and explained everything to me. I have been very pleased with their customer service, and would highly recommend this company to pet owners.
