I have 8 dogs insured with Embrace and have been a customer of theirs since 2006. While they certainly have grown in the past seven years, they still strive to provide personalized service. I have had many significant claims over the years, and normally if there is a delay in processing they will send an email explaining why things are taking longer than usual. Their representatives are compassionate, as well as professional. Their policies are well-explained in the documentation they provide, as well as on their website. My dogs have accident and illness insurance and I find that for a multi-dog household, the quality and cost of their coverage is the best out there.
