On 7/18/13 I purchased a PetPlan policy for each of my two Golden Retrievers. My 10 1/2 year old Goldie passed away suddenly at home On 8/20/13, though not confirmed we believe it was a heart attack. PetPlan truly demonstrated an exercise of compassionate and touching customer service by honoring a refund of her premium despite the cutoff time was 48 hours past. In my sadness of her loss, I am truly grateful for their performance of amazing class and excellent customer service. Even in my sweet girls passing, PetPlan showed true regard and kindness for her as well as me.
