More Than Insurance--Caring, Empathetic and Always

We recently lost our beloved standard poodle, not yet 4 years-old. Inexplicably, he developed epilepsy; the anti-convulsant brought on a rare side effect that adversely affected his blood; and after ups and downs and numerous treatments, he and we lost.
In addition to Duke's top-notch veterinarians, PetPlan was fantastic throughout the whole difficult time. On occasion we were able to get pre-approval over the phone for quickly-scheduled testing. I called from time-to-time, speaking with the same happiness managers (e.g., Heather, Krista)--they always took whatever time was needed, were fully on top of Duke's conditions, sensitive, friendly and above all, eager to help.

They and PetPlan were lifelines for Duke and us and thanks to PetPlan's support we know now in hindsight that we were able to give Duke some extra time and life quality.

Notifications of claim status, needed paperwork and claim results were always timely. Communications with PetPlan are designed to relieve the stress of having your beloved pet ill.

We have had occasions in life to work with numerous insurers in many fields. Duke was the second pet we had covered with PetPlan. Hands (paws)-down, they are the very best! I had researched a number of pet insurers before settling on PetPlan, and making that decision was one of the wisest I've made.

We are at the point where we are beginning to look for a new standard puppy. Partnering again with PetPlan will be a pleasure.
