Embrace provides very comprehensive coverage,and we have never had an issue with a claim.
Recently Griffin, one of our Great Danes, bloated. Our Vet commented on the generous fraction of the costs that Embrace covered. Yesterday, I got an email from Christine. She had noted the seriousness of the injury and wrote to inquire how Griffin was doing. This was an extremely kind gesture.
We alway get progress emails from Embrace when a claim has been submitted and the settlements are prompt. If some of the documentation is missing in the claim submission, they will contact the vet, making the claim process relatively painless for the pet owner.
We have renewed our coverage several times and will continue to do so.
