I have the Superior plan for my big dog, who's almost 14 and the basic plan for my 5-year-old dog. The company reimburses fairly quickly, customer service people are friendly and helpful and like so many other companies, your coverage depends on your plan. They won't budge on certain things (i.e., insist on biopsies of lumps before selling cancer coverage, which I guess is reasonable). Some people are insured by 2 companies. The company's owned by a veterinarian. So far, I haven't been unhappy enough with them to switch.
