HAVE BEEN WITH HEALTHY PAWS JUST UNDER A YEAR. THEY GIVE EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO COVER YOUR DOGS HEALTH ISSUES. THEY HAV DECLINED EVERY CLAIM I HAVE SUBMITTED. THEIR REASON PREXISTING. EVEN WHEN IT'S NOT THEY STILL CLAIM IT IS. GRANTED MY DOG GIO (YORKIE) 8 YEARS OLD HAS HAD HIS ISSUES. HIS LAST ULTRASOUND WAS FINE THEY STILL HAD ISSUES. SPOKE WITH A TARA IN C/S. SHE CLAIMED MEDICINES THAT HAD BEEN GIVEN TO MY DOG IN THE PAST WAS NOT COVERED WHEN IT HAD BEEN. I JUST GIVE UP WITH WHAT THEY PROMISE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THEIR FALSE PROMISES.

Dear Mardge,
We were very surprised by the review you posted on Pet Insurance Review about our claim processing. After reviewing your claim history, I see that we’ve covered and sent reimbursement on 11 of the 15 claims you’ve submitted over the past year. These reimbursements include medication refills. As you know, we are unable to provide coverage for the conditions that Gio was treated for before enrollment. This is why we could not provide coverage on all of the claims that were submitted.

I left a message with you to discuss the concerns in your review so we can get better clarity on how we can meet your expectations. Please feel free to contact me directly. I’m happy that Gio is still enrolled with us so that we can continue to provide coverage for the conditions that started after enrollment. Please give your sweet boy a big hug from us!

People like you are ridiculous and you were just called out on your nonsense by this rep hahahaha. Liar. I bet you never sent your pets medical history within 30 days where they review and tell you up front what exactly they will deem pre existing on your pet based on history. Yet you pass the buck on to the company even though your at fault. Get a life and stop bashing great companies online. Never had a single issue with healthy paws.

I respect (as someone shopping for pet insurance right now) opinions and statements all customers have to say. I own a business myself, and know how important it is to read each and every one. What may be your opinion, may not not be that of another's.
