I wasn't completely sold on the whole pet insurance thing and not having the best experience with health insurance was a little hesitant to get another insurance I was going to have to fight to get my claims covered.
We have had two well visit claims and one medical claim. It was easy to file the forms, even though the first one I didn't get all the info included they helped me with everything I needed to get and paid promptly. On the medical claim, sent the info in, they reviewed and sent me a detailed statement on the coverage along with a check. Couldn't of been easier. I'm glad we got the insurance, now if I could just get Embrace to talk to the health insurance people and get them to understand what customer service should be like.
