I can't say enough good things about VPI from the customer service to the amount reimbursed. My baby Kismet was diagnosed with Lymphoma, it has been a very emotional time for me. One afternoon I had called customer service to see if they could help me understand the breakdown of coverage. They did a great job, and then I fell apart and started crying to the poor soul on the other end of the phone. The young man who was helping me was so nice and reassuring, and I was/am very greatful for having such a kind hearted individual on the other end of the phone. Thank You VPI and all your wonderful employees.
