Would never NOT have VPI

I had a Boston Terrier with her VPI policy for 8 years. The policy paid for itself every year through claims processed by VPI. My girl finally died of a brain tumor after spening 5 days in the hospital and 5 days at home before passing. VPI paid me $3300 on @ $6600 bill. I have never had a problem with this insurance company. In fact, the process of filing and receiving has been streamlined through the years I've been with them. It's an easy fax, you get their acknowledgment of your claim within days and a detailed check within days after that. Every vet I have been to supports VPI, and I also use them for advise. I don't get the annual shots/exam package because the extra cost pretty much equals the difference in the premium, but I did have double cancer coverage on my Boston and also have it on my new rescued Boston Mix, Herbie, who is, obviously, covered by VPI as well. I got him from the Humane Society of the treasure coast, and he had many health issues. Some were not covered as pre-existing, but VPI not only covered most of them, they helped me navigate the best way to deal with some of them, ie: chronic allergies and stomach conditions. I don't know. With so many insurance groups out there, it's like any other insurance. You want your return as best as possible in the event you need to use the insurance. I have investigated a lot of companies and, personally, would never switch. I have been using VPI for over 10 years now, and I fully endorse this company a
