They kept me up to date every couple days about the standing of my claim via email. I have not made a single call. Their emails alway start with nice thoughts like " aren't pets amazing.." Or " we are so glad your taking care of Bentley..." I am Shocked at the amount of positive contact I am receiving from this company.
