I appreciate the coverage

My claims do get paid! But I find that they consistently are slow to get it done. I have had several letters telling me "we'll get it done, sorry, this is not like Embrace!" Well, apparently it is, since I get these letters every time. My dog has been in multiple times for blood and stool work ups, so although it's not one big claim, they're adding up, and I need my refunds.

Thank you so much for the feedback Erica. Yes, we are too slow! We've hired some new adjusters and it's taking a bit of time to get them up to speed. They will help our turnaround time a great deal.
For the future though, we are being more proactive about hiring for claims adjusters (it's not like we don't know more claims are coming since we are growing a lot) but also, we are also in the second phase of our claims systems efficiencies, which will have an enormous impact.

Not that these activities is going to help today but I wanted to let you know that we are taking steps to getting back to the "old" Embrace.
