We had a very scary experience with our little dog, not to mention how expensive it was. We were very happy to have health insurance for her, and yes, Embrace paid everything we expected. They were, however, very very slow to review the claims, and even slower with payment. We received many apologies from them, but after months went by, I thought we had been forgotten. No worse than any other pet insurance company, I guess. At least we were paid in the end and that's what really counts.
