We have been with Embrace for just over a year and before the first year was up submitted a claim for over $4000. Our calico Carly decided to swallow over 2 feet of ribbon, which promptly obstructed her small intestines and required surgery. Embrace took a little longer to reimburse us, but kept us informed all through the process about delays due to high claim submissions. They never once questioned our claim documentation, have the nicest people and the best customer service I have ever experienced. We were reimbursed the full 80%($4385.00).
