Excellent customer service

I have found EMBRACE to have friendly, responsive customer service. In fact, they are PROactive, which is extremely unusual--at least for human insurance companies! I have appreciated their "Keep in touch" approach, even when claims are processed a bit more slowly than they expect or would wish. In fact, the lag time was not bad at all.
