They called my cats fracture pre existing when it wasn't. Said they have me on tape saying he had fracture when I was inquiring about what would happen if he got hurt during waiting period. Had to pay 4k in vet bills plus waiting time. They assumed he was already hurt. Nasty customer service girl was not nice to me at all. They don't care. I'll be canceling my policy.
They take your money but when it's time to pay up they state pre existing and claim you are on file saying it is. Nasty girl lied on her notes. They track phone number when you call.
