I question their billing

I've had VPI for several years now with automatic monthly billing. Whenever I visit the website, if I click the "pay bill now" link, it says I owe them over $200 per policy, even though I've made my monthly payments regularly. About two years ago I asked for a statement of charges and payments so I could find the difference myself. I gave up after my second request as they couldn't seem to produce this simple statement (they sent something else). As long as they keep my policies active and don't try to collect the money I "owe" them, I'll remain a customer and not worry about it. Everything else has been good.
