Worst Pet insurance company ever.

Out of 10

I've just had a very unpleasent experience with this company. I usually never complain about anything, but this time I felt that something has to be said, so that it would not happen to any of you who are spending time trying to find a good and honest pet insurance company as I did. I have a little Yorkie named Lilly, that just turned 2 years old last August. She is a very energetic, healthy dog that doesn't have any chronic existing conditions.I decided to get Lilly a  pet insurance after I heard it was the smart thing to do from friends that have Yorkies and other small dogs.  After a long research and looking at some good reviews posted at THIS website I unfortunately decided to go with this company and chose the premium plan (Major medical Plan) which is the one that was supposed to cover the most illnesses. The woman who spoke with me on the phone was very sweet and helpful as she was trying to upsell us the premium package.  She asked us some question about Lilly's health and my husband and I answered all of them. We told them that Lilly had been at the vet a couple of times before. One time because of a small eye allergy and another time because she had a cold. they said they would check with my vet for records. This appeared like a normal procedure that any insurance company would do.  After about a week we received our insurance package with Lilly's insurance card and the contract explaining the benefits and the conditions that would be excluded for cover
