Take your money and just put it into a banking account. I had $5,000 in claims on two cats and they paid out $100. Yup, $100 because they could not argue that one of the cats died and they pay $100 for cremation. Their customer service was rude, left a message for a supervisor to call and not return call. This place sounds like a scam and will go out of my way to let others know not to use them.

$100 is the max they pay under that section of the policy. Doesn't matter if you paid $500 for cremation or more there's a max to the coverage. Why would they pay you more than what you have coverage for? Maybe leave message for customer service or talk to them online through the website to see if there was an error? Can't hurt!

Please be advised the company did only change names, there was no change to any processes or protocols, simply a rebrand of the product.

They will not return my calls either, I just want to cancel my insurance on my pets, this place has been nothing but trouble since they changed names.
