When my dog was diagnosed with cancer I thought it was going to take forever to get reimbursed. I didn't even want to fill out the paperwork. When I finally did, there were maybe 8 lines to fill in. I sent the claim form and the itemized bill to them electronically and received an automated reply within the hour.
2 days later they sent an explanation of benefits and a check was in the mail.
If this were my health insurance company I'd have to resend everything 20 times and get supporting documents and what not only to have them deny half of my claim. Pets Best only denied $15 of chemotherapy drug disposal. The rest was covered with no questions asked.
If it hadn't happened to me I wouldn't believe it.
